Players bring festive spirit to Ayrshire Hospice

Killie stars Brad Lyons, Innes Cameron and Gary Mackay-Steven made the annual trip to Ayrshire Hospice after training on Wednesday to spend some quality time with residents and their loved ones during the festive period.

The trio spent an afternoon meeting staff and posing for pictures, while discussing the weekend’s victory over Celtic with the hospice’s biggest Killie fans.

Leaving some festive cheer behind, the players added a finishing touch to the hospice’s unmissable Christmas tree. The addition of a brand-new Killie tree decoration will serve as a reminder of a visit that will be cherished by staff and residents alike.

Ayrshire Hospice will be home to numerous residents this Christmas, with a specialist team of staff delivering exceptional care to individuals affected by life-limiting illness. 1,288 patients and families across Ayrshire have been supported by staff throughout the last year.
