Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Kilmarnock Football Club Limited will be held at the 1869 Suite, Rugby Park, Kilmarnock on Wednesday 26th February 2020 at 7.30pm.
Registration of shareholders will take place from 7pm in The Killie Club.
The formal notice of the meeting, the Annual Accounts for the financial year ended 30 May 2019, the form of proxy and the Minute of the Annual General Meeting held on 29 January 2019 will all be available exclusively for shareholders to view on part of the company’s official website.
Documents are currently being finalised and details of how to access the restrictive website will be indicated in this correspondence.
