Covid-19 Update: Online store closed

To all of our wonderful Killie supporters,

We hope you and your loved ones are staying safe.

As the COVID-19 virus continues to impact all of our lives, we must make responsible changes to ensure the safety and wellbeing of you, our supporters and all of our colleagues.

UPDATE (26/03/20) – As a responsible employer, the health and safety of our staff comes first, so as of 27/03/2020 we have taken the decision to ask ALL our staff to stay at home in line with the Government Guidelines.

Final orders will be dispatched by 27th March, and any orders placed after this will be delayed until it is safe for our staff to return.

This will mean that we will unable to dispatch ANY orders placed as of today until the end of the three-week Government lockdown (due to end 14th April). We will review this date in line with an further guidelines that may be put in place in the future. Please be assured that as soon as it is safe to re-open, our team will dispatch all orders.

RETURNS

We ask anyone who needs to return an item to hold onto this until we re-open the store. We are extending our returns policy from 30 days to 60 days from purchase. This policy will be reviewed in line with government advice. Please do not send any returns back to us whilst the store is closed, as we will not be able to process this for you.

REFUNDS

If you have placed an order with us from 23/03/20 and wish to cancel your order, please e-mail hello@justsport-group.com rather than the Killie Shop and a member of our team will be able to process this for you. When e-mailing, please include your order number to speed up this process.

SPRING SALE

We will continue our Spring Sale whilst the Club Shop is closed. Any orders placed online during this period will be honoured as soon as it is safe for staff to return to the shop and process these. The Spring Sale prices are available whilst this offer is running and is subject to availability of stocks.
