Season Ticket Card collection information

Supporters who have requested physical season ticket cards can collect these from the Ticket Office from Tuesday, September 22.

We are pleased to report that over 70% of our Season Pass holders for 2020/21 opted to simply use the digital option, massively helping the club to reduce our impact on the environment as well as keeping costs low during these challenging times.

We once again thank every supporter who has bought a Season Pass, providing critical income for the club and we continue to await the day that you are allowed to safely return to the BBSP Stadium, Rugby Park.

For anyone collecting their requested card, please see the following Ticket Office opening hours:

• September 22 and 23: 10am-12 noon and 1-4pm
• September 24: 10am-12 noon and 2-7pm
• September 25: 10am-12 noon and 1-4pm

As previously detailed by our Ticketing Team, anyone now wishing a physical season ticket card will now incur a £4.95 charge per card.
