Kilmarnock 2-3 Celtic

Kilmarnock were dealt a late blow as Celtic sealed a toppage-time win.

Findlay Curtis went close in the opening minutes with a powerful low shot from distance, but he couldn’t quite steer in on target as it flashed past Kasper Schmeichel.

Killie were in front after 20 minutes when Tyreece John-Jules kept up his goal-scoring form with a fine curling effort into the far right corner.

It was then 2-0 before the half-hour mark when John-Jules turned provider as his cross met the head of Joe Hugill who looped it over a helpless Schmeichel.

Celtic fired back with two goals relatively early in the second half as Sebastian Tounekti fired home from distance before Benjamin Nygren slammed home from close range making it 2-2.

Celtic scored a late goal in the 8th minute of stoppage-time through Araujo to secure the three points.
