What identification do I need to show?

If you are purchasing a concession ticket (Over 65/Under 21/Student), a family ticket or an under 16 ticket it is likely you will need to provide proof of age. You may be required to provide proof of age when purchasing or collecting your tickets from the ticket outlets. Additionally, if a turnstile operator is unsure you fit into the category that is on your ticket i.e. Over 65 then you will be directed to a steward who will give you further instruction.

Examples of identification that can be accepted as proof of age:

  • For under-16s and under 21s; a young scot card, passport or valid student card will be accepted. In addition driver’s licences will be accepted for under-21s.
  • For supporters purchasing over-65 tickets a passport, drivers licence or national entitlement card will be accepted.
  • Students must provide a valid matriculation card.
