Season passes are issued subject to the following regulations

All season passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. The use of a season pass for one or more matches attended in person or via digital stream will be considered to constitute the acceptance of the terms and conditions of use. If terms and conditions are not accepted you should contact the Ticket Office immediately and any associated season pass card or membership card should be returned.

A season pass gives you access to the specified seat for valid first team Scottish Premiership League fixtures only. The club reserves the right to change its advertised fixtures without notice or without liability. Play cannot be guaranteed to take place on a particular date at any particular time.

Season pass/membership cards and digital passes remain the property of Kilmarnock FC and its use is subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of use.

If you forget to bring your season pass/membership card to the match, the ticket office will issue a match ticket. In doing so this will invalidate the card for this match.

If a season pass membership card is lost or destroyed Kilmarnock FC will issue a duplicate card for a charge of £5, in doing so this will invalidate the original card.

Season passes acquired under a payment instalment plan will only be replaced if all payments under the agreement are up to date and will also incur a charge of £5 per replacement card.
If you change your contact details during the season, you must contact the Ticket Office to amend your details.

Each season pass/membership card and digital pass is valid for the advertised match date or any date to which a match is re-scheduled. NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstances.

Concession season passes are available to persons aged over 65’s, under 21’s, full time education students, under 18’s and under 16’s. A person’s age on 29th July 2022 will determine the category of season pass. Proof of age will be required and must be provided upon request. Students must have been accepted for a full-time education course, valid for this year. You must provide an official university/college acceptance email, letter or valid student card to validate your student status to tickets@kilmarnockfc.co.uk within 30 days of purchase.

The Club reserves the right to re-locate reserved seats for safety or segregation reasons. The club cannot guarantee your seat will not be affected by adverse weather conditions.

The Club reserves the right to re-locate reserved seats in line with the covid-19 government restrictions. The club cannot guarantee you will sit in the seat you reserve due to social distancing requirements, but it will be secured for another season and any associated privileges will be protected.

Season pass holders may be allocated another seat for any matches they can attend in person during the covid-19 pandemic, and these cannot be swapped or moved. If the crowd numbers are limited, allocations will be managed by a ballot process. Season pass holders will be prioritised for any ballots.

If you cannot attend a match in person due to the covid-19 pandemic, if permitted by the league you will be able to stream all closed door HOME matches via Killie TV. These matches will not be valid for any form of refund during the 2022/23 season.

Season pass holders are subject to ground regulations which are displayed in the Stadium and copies of which are available on request by emailing tickets@kilmarnockfc.co.uk.

The Club has a strict behavioural policy. Racial and sectarian abuse will not be tolerated at any time. Repeated use of foul or abusive language will be regarded as verbal assault and offenders will be ejected from the Stadium.
