Ross County Reserves 2-1 Kilmarnock Reserves

A young Killie side made the long journey to Dingwall in the SPFL Reserve League but they couldn’t repeat their Reserve Cup win from earlier in the season at the Highland Football Academy.

All the goals came in the last half hour, County taking the lead through James Wallace before Tom Brindley equalised after 72 minutes, with a shot into the top corner of the net.

A deflected shot with five minutes left gave County the points with former Killie striker Lee Erwin setting up Declan Hughes to find the winner.

Kilmarnock: Lyle, Barlow (Ross), Deveney, Shields, Lynch, Barr (Russell), McDonald, Taylor, Connell, Monk (R. Smith), Brindley
