The latest Italian to sign on at Rugby Park, Dario Del Fabro hopes to emulate the feats of Manuel Pascali in his time at Rugby Park.

The on-loan Juventus centre-back crossed paths with “Il Capitano” in his time in Italy’s second-tier, and knows all about the impact he had on the club’s history.

“I know all about Manuel. I played against him when I used to be in Serie B. He was a very good player at Cittadella. Perhaps I will soon phone him and find out what it means to play for Kilmarnock.”
