Alex Dyer: Safety comes before football
Alex Dyer says football comes a distant second in his mind when compared to the public health emergency currently being experienced around the world.
As nations around the globe deal with the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, the Killie boss spoke about the need to put sporting matters into perspective.
He said: “Nothing is important at the moment apart from the fact that people are healthy and safe.
“Things like this are the most important at the moment. Not me, not football.
“Kilmarnock is a good place to go to work but it’s about getting over this period and people getting back to some normality and coming back only when the time is right.”
