Walk & Talk

Walk & Talk

Killie’s Walk & Talk is a free health walk every Wednesday from 1pm. The walk is open to all, is facilitated by trained walk leaders, and is a simple but effective way to support both physical and mental wellbeing.

Participants take part in relaxed group walks while having the opportunity to chat and connect with others. The programme helps reduce isolation, improve mood and encourage regular movement in a friendly, informal setting.

Simply turn up on the day where one of our team will welcome you, or email team@killiecommunity.co.uk in advance to let us know you are coming along.
