Killie Community Easter Camp a Huge Success!
The Killie Community Easter Camp returned over the Easter holidays for two fantastic weeks of fun, football, and community spirit and it was a brilliant success!
Hosted across The Killie Community Hub and BBSP Stadium, Rugby Park, the camp welcomed 131 young people aged 4–16, providing a safe, inclusive space to play, learn, and make new friends.
A highlight of this year’s camp was delivering the only ASN (Additional Support Needs) Easter Camp in East Ayrshire, ensuring children of all abilities could take part and enjoy the experience.
Thanks to generous support from Cash4Kids, every child received a healthy, nutritious lunch each day, lovingly prepared and provided by the amazing team at WG13.
Young people were treated to some very special visits, including Kilmarnock FC first team players and the always popular Captain Conker, who brought smiles, excitement, and lots of energy to the camp.
We were also delighted to be joined by PC Campbell, our local campus police officer, who volunteered his time to support the sessions, engage with the kids, and contribute to the welcoming and supportive environment.
A massive thank you goes out to all the volunteers, coaches, and community partners who helped make the camp such a memorable experience. Their energy and dedication truly reflect the spirit of Killie and our commitment to the local community.
