May 10 2019 Season Tickets 2019/20 Early Bird Update
We would like to thank all the supporters who made it along to the Park Suite for this week's Season Ticket event and pledged their support for 2019/20.
Season Ticket holders wishing to activate ANY of the promotional offers including a free under 16s ticket or the Moffat Family ticket, will need to call our Ticketing Team (0845 194 1869 or 01563 501970) to renew your package or email tickets@kilmarnockfc.co.uk. These options are currently not available on the renewal portal.
We appreciate your patience as we continue to implement our new ticketing platform with TicketCo. Fans who are wishing to purchase a new Season Ticket can do so online, by calling 01563 501970 or by visiting The Killie Shop in person.
Some supporters have experienced some issues getting through with the 0845 194 1869 number. We are receiving a very high number of calls and appreciate your patience as we do our best to assist you. Fans faced with premium network call charges can call the ticketing team on the direct dial using 01563 501970.
Supporters wishing to buy using our finance option with V12 Finance will be given more information within the next seven days. Our team are working hard to ensure that this process is as seamless as possible and we thank you once again for your patience and understanding in this matter.
Our team will join TicketCo staff for two further events in the Moffat Terrace in the Park Hotel on Thursday, May 30 and Friday, May 31 from 5-7pm to help fans secure their season tickets before the Early Bird window closes.
