League Match Ticket Terms & Conditions 2024/25

Match tickets are issued subject to the following regulations:

Digital Ticket Purchase Pricing:

  • Adult: £27
  • Concessions (O65s / U21s / Students): £22
  • U18s: £15
  • U16: £10

In-person/Physical Ticket Purchase Pricing:

  • Adult: £30
  • Concessions (O65s / U21s / Students): £25
  • U18s: £20
  • U16: £12

These prices will be applied to all Scottish Premiership League Matches. European, Cup and Friendly match ticket pricing rates may differ.

All match tickets are non-transferable. The use of a match ticket attended in person will be considered to constitute the acceptance of the terms and conditions of use. If terms and conditions are not accepted you should contact the Ticket Office immediately and any associated ticket should be returned.

A match ticket gives you access to the match purchased. The club reserves the right to change its advertised fixtures without notice or without liability. Play cannot be guaranteed to take place on a particular date at any particular time.

Online ticket discounts are only available for digital tickets purchased via our online sales platform via the club website and purchases made using the TicketCo wallet app. The increased pricing with any physical / in-person ticket sales relates to the service surcharge added to assist the club in easing the burden on costs related to staff time and printed materials.

Match tickets and digital tickets remain the property of Kilmarnock FC and its use is subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of use.

If you forget to bring your match ticket to the match, the ticket office will issue a reprint of your match ticket. Please note you will need to show a valid id.

Each physical match ticket/digital ticket is valid for the advertised match date or any date to which a match is re-scheduled. NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstances.

Concession tickets are available to persons aged over 65, under 21, under 18, under 16 and also students in full time education. A person’s age on the date of purchase will determine the category of pass/ticket. Proof of age will be required and must be provided upon request. Students must have been accepted for a full-time education course, valid for this year. You must provide a current valid matriculation card upon request.

The Club reserves the right to re-locate reserved seats for safety or segregation reasons. The club cannot guarantee your seat will not be affected by adverse weather conditions.

If the crowd numbers are limited, allocations will be managed by a ballot process please note season pass holders will be prioritised over single match purchasers.

Terms & Conditions will be updated in the event of any pandemic related restrictions.

Match attendees are subject to ground regulations which are displayed in the Stadium and copies of which are available on request from tickets@kilmarnockfc.co.uk.

The Club has a strict behavioural policy. Racial and sectarian abuse will not be tolerated at any time. Repeated use of foul or abusive language will be regarded as verbal assault and offenders will be ejected from the Stadium without refund or compensation.

Entry to the ground is conditional upon ticket holders consent to being searched on entering the stadium and to the confiscation of prohibited items in terms of the ground regulations.

Standing is forbidden in seated viewing areas.

FREE Under 5’s: Maximum of one free under 5 ticket with every full price adult (Over 18) ticket purchased. Please contact the ticketing team prior to purchasing your adult (Over 18) ticket to qualify for the free under 5 ticket. Adult and under 5 tickets MUST be seated together. Full details must be supplied for the free under 5 at time of purchase of the full price adult (Over 18) ticket. The free under 5 season ticket must be used by the nominated under 5 only.

Please note that IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CRIMINAL LAW (CONSOLIDATION) (SCOTLAND) ACT 1995 it is an offence punishable by law for any person to enter or attempt to enter the stadium:

  • Whilst in possession of a prohibited container which is or was capable of holding liquid and which if thrown would be capable of causing injury to another person
  • Whilst in possession of alcohol
  • Whilst drunk
  • Whilst in possession of any article or substance whose main purpose is the emission of a flare for purposes of illuminating or signalling of the emission of smoke or visible gas
  • Whilst in possession of a firework

Season Ticket Terms & Conditions 2024/25

Season passes are issued subject to the following regulations.

All Season Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. The use of a Season Ticket for one or more matches attended in person will be considered to constitute the acceptance of the terms and conditions of use. If terms and conditions are not accepted, you should contact the Ticket Office immediately and any associated Season Ticket card should be returned.

A Season Ticket gives you access to the specified seat for valid first-team Scottish Premiership league fixtures only. The club reserves the right to change its advertised fixtures without notice or without liability. Play cannot be guaranteed to take place on a particular date at any particular time.

Season Ticket cards and digital passes remain the property of Kilmarnock FC and its use is subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of use.

If you forget to bring your Season Ticket card to the match, the ticket office will issue a match ticket. In doing so, this will invalidate the card for this match.

If you would like to be allocated an alternative seat other than your chosen allocated Season Ticket seat, you will need to contact the ticketing team no later than 24 hours prior to matchday. Please be advised that there will be an admin charge of £3 and will only be available dependant on seating availability.

If a Season Ticket card is lost or destroyed, Kilmarnock FC will issue a replacement card for a charge of £5. In doing so, this will invalidate the original card.

Season Tickets acquired under a payment instalment plan will only be replaced if all payments under the agreement are up to date and will also incur a charge of £5 per replacement card.

If your contact details change during the season, you must contact the Ticket Office to amend your details.

Students must have been accepted for a full-time education course, valid for this year. You must provide an official university/college acceptance email, letter or valid student card to validate your student status to tickets@kilmarnockfc.co.uk within 30 days of purchase.

FREE Under-5’s: Up to one free under-5 Season Ticket is on offer with every full-price Adult Season Ticket purchased. Please contact the ticketing team prior to purchasing your Adult Season Ticket to qualify for the free Under-5 Season Ticket. Adult and Under-5 tickets MUST be seated together. Full details must be supplied for the free Under-5 at the time of purchasing the full-price Adult Season Ticket. The free Under-5 ticket must be used by the nominated Under-5 only.

Family Passes: A family Season Ticket package comprises of two adults and two under-16s. Offer is only valid at the time of purchase. All tickets will be seated together. Families should enter the turnstiles together on matchdays: no adult should enter without being accompanied by the relevant Under-16 Season Ticket holders. Full details must be supplied for all four persons at the time of purchase.

Family section Season Ticket holders must sit within the allocated section, failure to comply can result in Season Tickets being revoked without refund.
