Season tickets are issued subject to the following regulations

All season passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. The use of a season pass for one or more matches attended in person or via digital stream will be considered to constitute the acceptance of the terms and conditions of use. If terms and conditions are not accepted you should contact the Ticket Office immediately and any associated season pass card or membership card should be returned.

  • A season pass gives you access to the specified seat for valid first team Scottish Championship League fixtures only. The club reserves the right to change its advertised fixtures without notice or without liability. Play cannot be guaranteed to take place on a particular date at any particular time.
  • Season pass/membership cards and digital passes remain the property of Kilmarnock FC and its use is subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of use.
  • If you forget to bring your season pass/membership card to the match, the ticket office will issue a match ticket. In doing so this will invalidate the card for this match.
  • If a season pass membership card is lost or destroyed Kilmarnock FC will issue a duplicate card for a charge of £5, in doing so this will invalidate the original card.
  • Season passes acquired under a payment instalment plan will only be replaced if all payments under the agreement are up to date and will also incur a charge of £5 per replacement card.
  • If you change your contact details during the season, you must contact the Ticket Office to amend your details.
  • Each season pass/membership card and digital pass is valid for the advertised match date or any date to which a match is re-scheduled. NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstances.
  • Concession season passes are available to persons aged over 65’s, under 21’s, full time education students, under 18’s and under 16’s. A person’s age on 29th July 2022 will determine the category of season pass. Proof of age will be required and must be provided upon request. Students must have been accepted for a full-time education course, valid for this year. You must provide an official university/college acceptance email, letter or valid student card to validate your student status to tickets@kilmarnockfc.co.uk within 30 days of purchase.
  • The Club reserves the right to re-locate reserved seats for safety or segregation reasons. The club cannot guarantee your seat will not be affected by adverse weather conditions.
  • The Club reserves the right to re-locate reserved seats in line with the covid-19 government restrictions. The club cannot guarantee you will sit in the seat you reserve due to social distancing requirements, but it will be secured for another season and any associated privileges will be protected.
  • Season pass holders may be allocated another seat for any matches they can attend in person during the covid-19 pandemic, and these cannot be swapped or moved. If the crowd numbers are limited, allocations will be managed by a ballot process. Season pass holders will be prioritised for any ballots.
  • If you cannot attend a match in person due to the covid-19 pandemic, if permitted by the league you will be able to stream all closed door HOME matches via Killie TV. These matches will not be valid for any form of refund during the 2022/23 season.
  • Season pass holders are subject to ground regulations which are displayed in the Stadium and copies of which are available on request by emailing tickets@kilmarnockfc.co.uk.
  • The Club has a strict behavioural policy. Racial and sectarian abuse will not be tolerated at any time. Repeated use of foul or abusive language will be regarded as verbal assault and offenders will be ejected from the Stadium.
  • Serious misconduct will result in your pass/ticket being cancelled without refund or compensation.
  • Entry to the ground is conditional upon season pass holders consent to being searched on entering the stadium and to the confiscation of prohibited items in terms of the ground regulations.
  • Standing is forbidden in seated viewing areas.
  • FREE Under 5’s: Up to one free under 5 season pass with every full price adult season pass purchased. Please contact the ticketing team prior to purchasing your adult season pass to qualify for the free under 5 season pass. Adult and under 5 tickets will be seated together. Full details must be supplied for the free under 5 at time of purchase of the full price adult season pass. The free under 5 pass must be used by the nominated under 5 only.
  • Family Passes: A family season pass comprises of two adults and two under 16s. Offer is only valid at the time of purchase. All passes will be seated together. Families should enter the turnstiles together on match-days, no adult should enter without being accompanied by the relevant under 16 season pass holders. Full details must be supplied for all four persons at the time of purchase.
  • Family section season pass holders must sit within the allocated section, failure to comply can result in season tickets being revoked.
  • Please note that IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CRIMINAL LAW (CONSOLIDATION) (SCOTLAND) ACT 1995 it is an offence punishable by law for any person to enter or attempt to enter the stadium: 
    • Whilst in possession of a prohibited container which is or was capable of holding liquid and which if thrown would be capable of causing injury to another person
    • Whilst in possession of alcohol
    • Whilst drunk
    • Whilst in possession of any article or substance whose main purpose is the emission of a flare for purposes of illuminating or signalling of the emission of smoke or visible gas
    • Whilst in possession of a firework
