Will crowds be back at Rugby Park for the 2021/22 season?
Following the positive developments in recent weeks with vaccinations, the return of some fans in England, the timeline for easing restrictions in Scotland and the announcement of 12,500 fans allowed to attend the European Championship matches at Hampden in June we are increasingly confident that fans will be allowed to return to Rugby Park for the 2021/22 season.
Following our successful return of 500 fans, we’re ready to get as many of you as we can back when restrictions allow.
What measures are the club taking to ensure the safety of fans?
The club has a full safety plan in place including a socially distanced seating plan based on either 1 or 2 metres, subject to Government guidance as well as temperature checks, sanitising stations and additional facility cleaning.
Will I get to sit in my season ticket seat in 2021/22?
We can’t guarantee that you be able to sit in your season ticket holder seat during the upcoming season due to current government restrictions and social distancing guidelines. We will endeavour to get you back at Rugby Park as soon as we can, but we hope you understand that you may be seated in a different seat and stand to where you season ticket applies for as long as restrictions are in place.
What happens if crowds are not allowed, or only partial capacity is permitted due to Covid restrictions?
Season Pass Holders will once again receive virtual access to any home league matches impacted by Covid-19 restrictions in 21/22.
Matches will be broadcast to Season Pass Holders via a separate portal on Killie TV, this will also include any home matches selected by any broadcaster.
If partial capacity is required and the number of fans allowed to attend is lower than the number of Season Pass Holders, a ballot will be run amongst those who wish to be considered to attend.
How are the club rewarding fans for their loyalty if they renew for 2021/22?
We formed a fans’ focus group, comprising of a whole range of ages and supporter experiences, to find a way to reward supporters who have shown fantastic loyalty to Killie during this period.
In addition to the loyalty price discount for season 21/22, everyone who renews will receive an exclusive limited-edition shirt called ‘The Killie New Yorker’.
Based on the shirt we wore during the International Soccer League in the Big Apple in 1963, the top will feature the names of all fans who renew.
You’ll also receive a 10% discount on retail items and hospitality throughout the season as well as enjoying discounts with club partners.
How can I buy a season pass if I didn’t have one for 2020/21?
You can get your Season Pass here.
How do I contact the club to discuss claiming the 19-match credit or to make a donation?
If you want to contact to discuss claiming a refund or making a donation you can do so by contacting email@example.com
Please note, that if you decide to claim refund on last year’s offer you will not be able to renew this year with the loyalty bonuses and discounted price. If you decide to take the refund, your seat will be released and you would have to purchase a season ticket at full price, minus the listed perks.
Fans have contacted us asking how they could donate the difference from the loyalty price and full price to the club, and we are extremely appreciative of this. If you want to contact the ticketing department, we will happily arrange this for you.
The deadline for claiming a refund is 30/06/2021.

What are the club doing to engage with the next generation of fans?
Due to ongoing broadcasting rules compliant with pay-per-view and ticketing obligations we are unable to offer free child tickets, however this is something the club hopes to return to in the future.
Following feedback from fans, we’ve created an U18s category to bridge the gap for fans moving from U16s to the existing U21s/students’ category. We have also introduced reduced prices for U16 season ticket holders and new free Under 5’s category, to get those young Killie fans in the heart of our homeland.
We’re committed to our young fan pathway and have worked with the KCST and East Ayrshire Council to establish supporters’ clubs in every single secondary school in the region.
Our KCST team reach over 5000 children over the course of 15,000 hours spent engaging in the community. Our team help children through football, fun and educational programmes with the aim of improving their lives and building an affinity with the club that can last a lifetime.
Will I get a new Season Pass card or do I use my existing one?

We will be issuing a membership card this year that will hold details of your season pass and any other home match tickets purchased (i.e. Cup Matches). This will then be able to be renewed each season going forward without the need to change your card.
