Your guide to our League Cup opener


Kilmarnock welcome Annan Athletic to The BBSP Stadium, Rugby Park for the club’s opening Viaplay League Cup group stage fixture on Saturday 15th July 2023.

A number of new signings are set to make their competitive debuts as Derek McInnes’ side embark on a new cup adventure, having returned to Hampden Park after reaching the final-four of the competition last term.

You can start the season in style by joining special guest Mark ‘Mavis’ Reilly in the 1869 Suite for your pre-match build up. The bar opens at 12 noon, with live music between 1.15pm-2.15pm.

Entry information

Tickets are available online right up until kick-off and can also be purchased from the Killie Ticket Office before 2.30pm on matchday. QR codes providing a link to online sales are overtly displayed around the stadium to assist those who wish to purchase tickets upon arrival.

Home supporters will be situated in the Frank Beattie Stand and East Stand for this fixture.

Pre-match entertainment

Switch up your matchday routine by dropping into the 1869 Suite before heading through the turnstiles. Join Killie legend Mark Reilly who will be in position to sign copies of his new book, The Lives of Reilly. The bar opens at 12 noon and there’s no need to book in advance!

From 1.15pm, there will also be live pre-match anthems sung by Killie diehard Andy Kerr; the voice of the ‘Forever and Ever’ 2023/24 Season Ticket campaign:

Home, away or goalkeeper jersey – picked your favourite? You’ll be able to grab your 2023/24 kits from the Killie Superstore, which opens at 10am on matchday.

Supporters should note that Killie TV subscriptions will continue to cover league fixtures, with coverage returning for the cinch Premiership opener against Rangers.

Foodbank collection

The foodbank collection point returns this weekend, organised by the Killie Trust and Scottish Fans Supporting Foodbanks. Following the post-season break, your donations are more vital than every before during this cost-of-living crisis. The collection point at the rear of the Moffat Stand will open at 1.30pm.
