We can now confirm the arrangements for Kilmarnock supporters heading to Jan Breydel Stadium in Bruges on Thursday night.

After discussions with Belgian police we can now share with you the below document which details how to get to and from the stadium, and also where best to gather before the match, as well as other useful information:

Additional information:

Gates at the Jan Breydel Stadium will open at 6.30pm for away fans ahead of the 8pm kick-off, fans are advised to get there as early as possible with the shuttle buses running from 5.30pm onwards.

No cars or buses can decant at stadium. Fans be dropped off at the Market Square and use shuttle buses.

Local police will assist with a small march from marketplace to shuttle buses starting around 5pm onwards.

Prohibited items:
• Backpacks and other bags over A4 size are not allowed in the stadium.
• Objects that will be confiscated and not be returned:
•  A weapon or any object that can be used as such
•  Any sharp or blunt object
•  Alcohol, drugs
• Projectiles or explosives in solid, liquid or gas form
• Pyrotechnic items such as bengal fire, smoke pots, firecrackers, …
•  Flags, slogans of insignes or symbols that may disturb public order or are racist in nature
•  Objects taken and returned after the game:
•  Selfiesticks
•  Helmets
•  Banners will be inspected before entering the stadium.

There is a smoking ban across the entire stadium.

Banners:
•  Info to be passed on to the Security Officer: Banners brought in, with photo and dimensions.
•  For large banners (from size 3m x 3m) permission must also be requested, but here a fire certificate must still be submitted.
•  Banners are allowed in the stadium, provided they have been communicated in advance to the security officer.
•  Flags are also allowed provided they comply with the internal regulations.
•  No flags , banners or tifos are allowed on billboards.
• Megaphone and drum:
• In the visitors’ sections, it is allowed to bring 1 megaphone and 1 drum.

Food & Drink

Food stalls outside and additional bars within stand. Card payment only, beer and soft drinks will be priced at €2.70, hot dogs €5.

The bar will be open from the time the gates open until 15 minutes before the end of the game. Food and drinks are allowed in the stands.

Drinks will be given in reusable cups. €1 of fee will be charged for the cup. When supporters hand back the cup, they can get back the €1 fee on their card.
