Squad update: St Mirren (A)

Brad Lyons is likely to have played his last game for Kilmarnock this season due to a hamstring injury.

The midfielder had to be subbed off against Rangers and scans have now revealed his injury is unlikely to clear up before our trip to Dundee next weekend.

In more positive news, Greg Stewart is back in contention following his hernia operation, and he has been back in training this week.

Derek McInnes said: “Brad Lyons came off injured at Ibrox and he’s had a scan, he’s out for two or three weeks so will e be out for the rest of the season.

“Greg Stewart is back in training after his hernia operation, we’ve been trying to manage that but he’s now back in contention for the weekend.

“James Balagizi has been out with a knee injury, he’s not trained yet but we’re hoping that he could come into contention.
