Scottish Youth Cup winners’ Civic Reception

We are proud to announce that our Under-19 squad has been formally recognised for their outstanding achievement in lifting the Scottish Youth Cup.

The young Killie side, led by coach Chris Burke, were presented with a Certificate of Civic Recognition at a special ceremony hosted by East Ayrshire Council.

The event celebrated the squad’s remarkable success and the hard work shown throughout their cup-winning campaign.

Council Leader Douglas Reid and Provost Claire Leitch sent their warm congratulations to the players and staff.

The Provost personally presented the award to Chris Burke and team captain Ben Brannan, commending the group for their dedication, teamwork, and the pride they have brought to the local community.

Both Chris Burke and Ben Brannan expressed their gratitude on behalf of the squad, thanking the Provost, Councillor Reid, and all guests in attendance for their support.

This recognition marks another special moment for our Academy, highlighting the strength of youth development at BBSP Stadium, Rugby Park and the bright future ahead.
