We are delighted to announce that Rory McKenzie has signed a one-year contract extension, pending approval, keeping him at BBSP Stadium, Rugby Park until summer 2026.
The new deal marks an important milestone for Rory, as the upcoming campaign will serve as his well-earned testimonial year.
Since making his senior debut in 2011, the midfielder has gone on to make well over 400 appearances in the stripes.
In recognition of his incredible service to the club, a number of testimonial events are planned over the course of the season, including a testimonial match against Ayr United.
Speaking on his new deal and testimonial year, Rory said: “It’s an absolute honour to sign on for another season.
“To have a testimonial year at Kilmarnock means the world to me and my family. I’m grateful to the fans, the staff, and everyone who’s been part of my journey so far.
“I’m looking forward to what’s ahead, especially the testimonial match against Ayr, which should be a special day for everyone.”
