Rangers 3-1 Kilmarnock
Kilmarnock were defeated 3-1 on the road against Rangers on Sunday, October 26th.
Marcus Dackers had a decent chance after just two minutes – his shot from 20 yards was well saved by Jack Butland.
Rangers fired themselves in front after 15 minutes when Derek Cornelius was first to a header from a free-kick.
Killie equalised in the 39th minute though when George Stanger took advantage of a corner falling to him on the line – he made no mistake smashing home.
The hosts were quickly back in front after the break as Danilo’s powerful header was too much for the outstretched Eddie Beach.
Bruce Anderson had a fantastic chance just before the hour mark when he had a free header, Butland did well to tip it wide for a corner.
Rangers then made it 3-1 in the 73rd minute when Youssef Chermiti fired home from distance.
