McInnes: courage and confidence required

Derek McInnes has challenged his side to play with courage and confidence in the final two games of the 2022/23 campaign. 

Speaking ahead of the trip to Tannadice, the manager said: “We want them to concentrate on playing without fear: play with courage and play with confidence. You’ve got to have that element of trust in your performance and it’s important that you reinforce that messaging to the players.

“We can still succeed in what we set out to do this season. There has been a lot of disappointment and a lot of frustration, and I’m not going to try and dress that up, but we can still succeed and it’s important that we work towards that.”
