May 12 2022 Kyle Lafferty extends Killie contract until 2023
We’re pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached to extend Kyle Lafferty’s Killie contract until the summer of 2023.
The Northern Ireland international has a fantastic goal record in his two spells in Ayrshire, recording 21 goals in 28 appearances.
After returning to Rugby Park at the start of 2022 and helping to deliver the Championship title, Kyle can’t wait for life in the top flight to begin.
He said: “I’m delighted to sign a new contract and extend my stay with Kilmarnock.
“I’ve enjoyed every minute since coming back in January and winning the league title at Rugby Park in the way that we did was a really special night in my career.
“The manager has been fantastic with me and all the lads here and together with the support of the fans, we’re all looking forward to more exciting times in the Scottish Premiership.”
