Killie made it back-to-back wins at the start of the SWPL2 season with a 3-0 victory over Dundee United.

In the opening minutes of the game, Killie started off fast with a good pass from Crainie to Erin O’Brien, who found the back of the net to give Killie the lead in the third minute.

Skye Stout made an excellent run down the left wing with a good cross into O’Brien, who hit the ball over the net in the 23rd minute. Killie stayed on the attack after opening the scoring.

Mooney came close to scoring after a superb ball from Arwen O’Brien in the 34th minute.

Into the second-half, the first sub of the afternoon for Killie saw Louise Cowan make way for Cara Gray in the 54th minute. Killie were forced into another change in the 57th minute, which saw Fiona Cullie come on for Mia Scott.

Gray extended the lead after some well-worked passes, which saw her score in the 67th minute.

Killie were awarded a penalty after a handball, which saw Gray step up to the spot and slot the ball into the bottom-right corner in the 73rd minute.

On 80 minutes, Killie made a triple sub, with McDonald, Kirwan and McDougall coming on for Stout, Mooney and Crainie. Katie McDougall, who is only 15, made her debut for the club.

Killie secured the three points after an outstanding performance!
