KILMARNOCK 6-1 DUNDEE UNITED | UNDER 19S

Kilmarnock turned in a superb all-round performance as we ran out emphatic 6–1 winners against Dundee United.

We took the lead early when Cole Coughlin showed great composure to slot the ball into the bottom corner after a perfectly weighted lay-off from Archie Traynor.

Our advantage was doubled soon after. Aaron Davis delivered a dangerous ball across the box, finding Traynor, who finished confidently to make it 2–0.

We continued to push for a third before the break, coming close when Logan Foster met a corner with a powerful header that went just wide of the post.

Our third goal came through Remo Margiotta, further underlining our control of the match. Dundee United pulled one back in the 38th minute through Keir Gilligan, but we remained firmly on top.

We thought we had added a fourth early in the second half when Duncan Barlow converted at the back post, only for the flag to rule the goal out for offside.

The fourth did arrive, and in spectacular fashion. Aaron Davis saw an initial effort cleared off the line before producing a stunning strike to restore our three-goal lead.

Archie Traynor completed an excellent individual display by scoring our fifth, before substitute Connor Sweeney finished things off with our sixth to cap a dominant Killie performance.

A convincing win and an outstanding team display from start to finish.
