Kilmarnock 1-3 Hibernian
Hibernian kicked off the New Year in winning fashion with a 3-1 victory at Rugby Park.
Hibs took an early lead as Elie Youan fired a header into the far corner leaving Tobi Oluwayemi helpless.
The scores were levelled in the 57th minute when Tyreece John-Jules took down a Dom Thompson cross to poke it home and make it 1-1.
Hibs then went ahead after 71 minutes as Youan grabbed a brace by firing home from inside the area.
Things went from bad to worse for Killie as David Watson was sent off 10 minutes to go before Marley Watkins was subbed off with an injury less than 15 minutes after coming on.
Hibs then scored a late penalty as Jamie McGrath calmly converted.
