Killie TV | FAQs for Season Pass Holders

We will be running a Killie TV test from 3-8pm on Tuesday, August 4 and we’ve compiled this list of Frequently Asked Questions to help Season Pass Holders along the way.

Some of you may be using KTV for the first time, and we hope this guide will be useful for all users ahead of our home opener against Celtic on Sunday (August 9).

Supporters with a UK or international Killie TV subscription will be able to access our content by visiting the Killie TV website and entering the username and password you will have created when buying your subscription. Nothing has changed in this regard.

For Season Pass holders

Your username is your first name-second name–season ticket reference code (for example john-smith-abcde)

Your password is your season ticket reference code. (NOTE: this is 5 letters e.g. abcde)

If you have more than one season ticket in your family, you will each have your own login details.

“Can I test this out in advance?”

We’ll be running a sign-in testing session from 3pm to 8pm on Tuesday August 4 so, if you can, it’s important that you give it a go so that we can identify and tackle any issues.

“Will my log-in details stay the same for every match?”

Yes

“Can I share my log-in details?”

No, please do not share your log-in details. Like a normal season pass, it’s non-transferable. Passing it on to other could impact on your own ability to see the games.

“We have more than one season ticket holder under the one roof. Will we all get individual log-ins?”

Yes, individual log-ins will have been issued by email from TicketCo when you purchased your season pass, with your unique code.

What devices can I use to access Killie TV?

Killie TV is available to watch on desktop computers, laptops, iPads, smart phones, and android devices.

  • You must ensure that your internet browsers are up to date and that JavaScript has been enabled. The recommended browsers for accessing Killie TV are Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Firefox. Other browsers are available and may work but are unsupported by Killie TV.
  • Unfortunately, Killie TV is not supported on games consoles such as PlayStation or Xbox, and may not work on smart televisions. This is due to smart televisions browser not having JavaScript fully enabled.
  • If you wish to watch Killie TV through your television, we recommend connecting your device to the TV using an HDMI cable.
  • The quality of your Killie TV stream will be dependent on the strength and speed of your internet. For the best results we recommend using an internet speed of at least 5Mbps. You can check this by contacting your internet service provider.
  • In order to get the best Killie TV stream, you should close any other content such as tabs and programmes whilst watching your stream, as well as disabling ad-blocking software you may have.

“Can I access the live broadcast on more than one device at the same time?”

No, you can’t watch on more than one device at a time. If you sign into an additional device while logged in on another, you will automatically be logged out of the first device. Likewise, if you share your details and someone tries to login at the same time as you, it will end your live broadcast.

“Can I use a VPN to stream the broadcast?”

No. Please ensure that you are not using a Virtual Private Network or proxies as this can cause the Live Broadcast stream to not function. Due to restrictions placed on the club by the relevant rights holders, your access is geo-blocked and will be only accessible within the UK and Ireland. If you live outside of the UK & Ireland the best way to watch the games is to subscribe to the Killie TV international package.

“I have a technical issue, who should I contact?”

If you have any questions or issues then please email support@killietv.co.uk where the customer services team at Stream Digital can help you.
