Killie Shop update

As part of our move to a brand-new Shopify platform, users may notice a few changes when shopping online and in-store over the coming days.

Key points to note:

• Season ticket holder discount – Our online season ticket holder discount will be available as soon as possible. In the meantime, the discount can be redeemed in-store only.
• Gift cards now available online – users can now purchase gift cards through the website. All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Existing customer accounts – If you had an account on our previous website, you would need to reset your password on the new site using the same email address. This is required to comply with GDPR regulations. We recommend doing this before placing an order.
• Klarna – Klarna is expected to be available from launch, and any existing Klarna accounts will continue to work as normal.
