Free Killie+ access for all season ticket holders

Kilmarnock Football Club is pleased to announce that Killie+ is now FREE for all season ticket holders.

Your dedication to the club means a lot. We are always grateful for the commitment shown by all of our supporters. To highlight our appreciation, we have opened up this platform as an additional season ticket holder benefit.

Such backing has enabled Killie+, which offers a range of exclusive local discounts to help you save more money on your spending in Ayrshire and beyond, to move into its next phase with a major overhaul.

Since its launch, thousands of Kilmarnock fans have joined. The constructive feedback has been clear: you want more benefits, more rewards and more ways to make the most of your membership. The club has been working hard behind the scenes to deliver exactly that for our loyal and engaged supporters.

We’re delighted to announce that Killie+ will begin to feature a larger range of exclusive, local discounts and offers, giving members further opportunities to save money while supporting businesses in the area. From food and drink to retail and services, new partners are joining the platform to bring real, everyday value to supporters.

The club is investing further in the programme. So, a Killie+ membership will be free of charge to all season ticket holders moving forward.

How to access your Killie+ membership for free

Step 1: Visit https://store.lokkaroom.com/pages/kilmarnock-fc.

Step 2: Click the ‘Join Killie+’ button.

Step 3: Select your preferred membership option – monthly or annual.

Step 4: Add the membership to your basket and continue to checkout.

Step 5: Enter your personal details and payment card information, then enter your unique season ticket holder code in the discount code box.

Step 6: Complete your sign-up and start enjoying Killie+.

Please note: Even when the discount reduces the price to £0, the system will still ask for card details as part of the standard subscription process. You will NOT be charged at sign-up if your code is entered correctly, and you would never be charged without clear notification. Also, our current paying members who are also season ticket holders will gain free access immediately. The membership will continue as normal, but it will now be covered by the club.

Important information for current members who are season ticket holders

Annual paying members

As you subscribe to an annual membership, we will arrange a pro-rata refund for the unused remainder of your membership term from today onwards. This will be returned to your original payment method. If you have any questions about your existing membership, refund or any other concerns, please contact marketing@tmasport.com.

Monthly paying members

As you are a monthly subscriber, no further payments will be taken, and your Killie+ access will continue on a complimentary basis.
