Festive Period Opening Hours | Superstore & Ticket Office

The Killie Superstore will be open right up until 4pm on Christmas Eve, so you still have time to bag some last-minute presents to place under the tree!

Throughout the festive period, the superstore and club ticket office will be operating on a temporarily revised schedule. You can find full details below:

Killie Superstore opening hours

• Monday 19^th – Friday 23^rd: 9am – 5pm
• Christmas Eve: 10am – 4pm
• Christmas Day: CLOSED
• Boxing Day: CLOSED
• Tuesday 27^th December: CLOSED
• Wednesday 28^th December: 10am – 8pm
• Thursday 29^th – Friday 30^th December: 9am – 5pm
• Hogmanay: 10am – 4pm
• New Year’s Day: CLOSED
• Monday 2^nd January: 12pm – 5.30pm
• Tuesday 3^rd January: CLOSED

Regular opening hours will resume from Wednesday 4^th January:

• Weekdays: 9:00am – 5:00pm (K.O on matchdays)
• Saturday: 10am – 4pm (5:30pm on matchdays)
• Sunday: CLOSED (except matchdays)

Ticket office opening hours (19-26 December)

• Monday 19^th – Monday 26^th December: CLOSED

Viaplay Cup semi-final tickets: If you are not a current season pass holder, please email the ticketing team who are available to assist with ticket reservations. Season pass holders can still secure seats via the online portal. More details can be found here.

Half-Season passes: Supporters that made an additional purchase to secure a plastic half-season ticket card can collect their pass at the Killie Superstore from 1pm on Monday 19^th December.

• Tuesday 27^th December: 10am – 1pm & 2pm – 5pm
• Wednesday 28^th December: 12 noon – 7.45pm (Aberdeen matchday sales & collections only)
• Thursday 29^th – Saturday 31st December: 10am – 1pm & 2pm – 5pm
• Sunday 1^st January: CLOSED
• Monday 2^nd January: 10am – 2.45pm (ticket sales & collections) 2.45pm – 3pm (collections only)
• Tuesday 3^rd January: CLOSED
