Billy Bowie is the owner and Managing Director of Billy Bowie Special Projects Limited based in Kilmarnock, not far from Rugby Park, but with extensive interests throughout the UK.
Mr Bowie is a lifelong Kilmarnock supporter and is married with two young sons. He is a Stewarton man, born and bred, and is proud of his Ayrshire roots.
Phyllis has over 30 years’ experience in business & finance, specialising in the construction and rail sectors.
Phyllis is also one of the founding trustees of the Kilmarnock Community Sports Trust (KCST) and in addition supports the Prince’s Trust in Scotland in a variety of ways including sponsorship and as a table host at the Trust’s legendary charity day “Lunch with an Old Bag”.
A lifelong Kilmarnock fan, after her stint as Trust Director on the board Cathy was invited to stay on as a non-executive member of the board, with a keen focus on the Killie Community in her role.
Cathy enjoyed a career in politics, serving as an MSP and Cabinet Minister in Holyrood, and MP for Kilmarnock and Loudoun and a Shadow Treasury Minister in Westminster.
Outside of her passion for Kilmarnock FC and Auchinleck Talbot, Cathy has long been a champion for young people, dedicating her time to social work and she is current Chief Executive of Care Visions Children’s Services, which provides residential and foster care placements for vulnerable young people across Scotland.
Following Cathy’s term ending, a Killie Trust election was held in 2024 and Martin Boyle was selected as the next Trust director on the football club board.
Martin stepped down in early 2025 and was replaced by Don Bircham, who was ratified by Trust members in August 2025 and officially joined the club board in the same month after serving his mandatory six months on the Trust board.
The travel agency boss has an extensive background knowledge of the operations at football clubs having previously worked as chief executive at Wrexham FC.
He is a lifelong Killie fan, who started his travel career in Kilmarnock with AT Mays before moving to Thomas Cook in the town.
