Kilmarnock Football Club can confirm a notice of complaint from the Scottish FA has been received following a red card shown to Billy Dodds last weekend.
Our assistant manager will serve a one-game suspension from the touchline against Celtic.
The club considers the matter closed and will make no further comment.
