Kilmarnock 3-0 Aberdeen
Kilmarnock picked up a long-awaited victory against Aberdeen with a 3-0 win.
Liam Polworth went close after 4 minutes after great work from Tyreece John-Jules who worked the ball past Dimitar Mitov before squaring to Polworth – unfortunately the No 31 fired narrowly wide.
Killie took the lead after 13 minutes when a Greg Kiltie cross skimmed off Brad Lyons’ head before finding the back of the net.
Then just a minute it was two after a well-worked goal which was laid off to Bruce Anderson by John-Jules, Anderson made no mistake in smashing home from 20 yards.
Killie made it 3-0 in the 51st minute when Anderson turned provider with a stunning low cross to John-Jules who happily fired home.
Graeme Shinne was then shown a red card as the Dons captain was sent off for a high challenge on Greg Kiltie.
