Ownership: Virtual pitch squares are sold as commemorative items only and do not confer any ownership or landholding rights. Once purchased, squares cannot be resold or transferred. Squares may be purchased as gifts during the checkout process, and there is no limit to the number of squares an individual may purchase. If the square is being purchased for a supporter under the age of 16, please let us know at the time of purchase.

Ownership Duration: Virtual pitch square ownership is valid until the end of the 2026/27 season, recognising supporters’ contribution towards the installation of our new hybrid grass playing surface and its first full competitive season.

Refund Policy: As each virtual square and personalised certificate is generated immediately upon purchase, refunds cannot be issued once payment has been completed.

Entry Period: Entries close at 5:00pm on Friday 7 August 2026. Each virtual square purchased counts as one entry into the prize draw. Major prize winners will be announced via Kilmarnock FC’s official social media channels during the week commencing 10 August 2026, with all other prize winners contacted directly by email.

Multiple Purchases: If you wish to purchase multiple squares with different names on each certificate, these must be purchased separately to allow each certificate to be personalised.

Data Protection: Any personal information provided will be used solely for the administration of the prize draw and to contact successful entrants. Your information will not be shared, sold or used for marketing purposes without your consent and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

The winner will be welcomed through the main entrance at BBSP Stadium Rugby Park, get changed in the first-team dressing room, receive a team talk from the manager, take part in a coaching session led by a first-team coach and enjoy lunch in the players’ lounge.
