End of season awards: 2024/25

Kilmarnock FC celebrated the 2024/25 campaign at the annual End of Season Dinner on Sunday, May 11th, in the The Park Hotel.

Supporters, players, and club legends came together for an evening in the Caprington Suite.

The evening was opened with a season highlights reel, setting the tone for a series of awards. The first of three Hall of Fame inductees was the late Walter McCrae, honoured posthumously with his daughters accepting the award. Later in the evening, tributes were also paid to Ross Mathie and Paul Wright, whose contributions to the club earned them their place in Killie history.

Youth players were celebrated as Cole Burke and Arwen O’Brien took home the Rising Academy awards and Ben Brannan picked up the Progressive Performance award, while David Watson won Goal of the Season for his overhead strike against Dundee United.

Eilidh Martin was crowned Women’s Player of the Year after a standout season. Bruce Anderson claimed the McIllroy Cup as Top Goal Scorer, and Fraser Murray was chosen by his peers as Players’ Player of the Year.

A special Recognition Award was presented to Rory McKenzie, a true servant of the club, and Bobby Wales was named Young Player of the Year.

The night culminated with the coveted Player of the Year award, which went to Joe Wright, recognising his consistently outstanding performances throughout the season.

The evening closed with a look back at the season, with DJ Dave keeping the celebrations going into the night.
