More than 700 Kilmarnock supporters are expected to make the 7-hour round trip for Friday evening’s Scottish Cup quarter-final tie against Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
Fans are advised to wrap up warm and prepare for sub-zero temperatures as they back the team on the road to Hampden Park.
Comments from the camp
Kyle Vassell and Lewis Mayo are back in contention after being ineligible to feature in last weekend’s match at Ibrox. Liam Donnelly also returns after shaking off an injury.
Speaking on Wednesday, Derek McInnes commented: “We’re thankful for the fans that are taking the time to get up there, but we’re mindful of those that can’t: we want to make sure they can get to Hampden for a semi-final.”

Entry information
Kilmarnock supporters will be situated in the South Stand of the Caledonian Stadium and tickets will be available for purchase right up until kick-off at 7.45pm.
QR codes are on display around the stadium for those who wish to make an online purchase upon arrival. Tickets can also be purchased through the ticket window at the front of the main stand, with card and cash payments accepted.
Travel and parking information
Travelling supporters should note that temporary traffic lights at Killiecrankie, near to Blair Atholl (A9), may cause delays.
Parking at the stadium will be available at the rear of the South Stand at a cost of £10 for coaches and £5 for cars. Overflow parking can be found in the nearby Longman Industrial Estate. Please do not park on Stadium Road, running from the A9 roundabout along the sea wall, which has double yellow lines and operational parking attendants.
Prepare for the cold
Sleet and sub-zero temperatures are expected, so supporters are advised to wrap up for a cold night ahead. Make sure you stock up on the refreshed range of hats and scarfs from the Killie Superstore. You can view the new knitwear line HERE.
Pre-match entertainment
Kick-off an away day double in the Highlands by heading along to support Kilmarnock under-18s in Dingwall on Friday afternoon. Craig Clark’s side are in CAS Performance League action against Ross County and supporters are welcome to attend the 2pm kick-off at the Highland Football Academy (located behind the Global Energy Stadium).
In the evening, the Inverness club sports bar will be open to both sets of supporters upon presentation of a valid match ticket. The bar can be accessed to the left of the main stadium entrance, and will remain open until 7.30pm.
Official club playlist
An official Kilmarnock FC playlist has been produced by the players and backroom staff to drum up the pre-match atmosphere for supporters travelling North.
Listeners can tune-in to hear Rugby Park classics from past eras, fused with locally composed tunes from the likes of Biffy Clyro. The collaborative album also features selections from Kitman Kev and the dressing room DJ, Danny Armstrong.

Watching from afar
The tie will be broadcast live by BBC Scotland, with coverage starting at 7.30pm. International supporters should note that, being a cup tie, Killie TV coverage will not be available for this fixture.
