KCST provide coaching and support to local teams to maximise disabled people’s participation in sport, and opportunities for an active, healthy lifestyle.
Initiatives we support include the Deaf Football Festival, hosted at Rugby Park, our support of the fantastic Bonnyton Flyers football team, and more.
Our Football Memories sessions are a partnership between the club, Alzheimer Scotland and the local care community.
Led by club legend, Ross Mathie, the groups enjoy a cup of tea, some company, along with archive footage of historic matches, presentations, hearing from guest speakers and more while discussing the beautiful game.
The group is open to anyone to come along and is facilitated by experienced and trained staff.
Over 20 participants playing twice per week across Ayrshire, supported by KCST. We also host and facilitate Scotland-wide tournaments at Rugby Park.
KCST work with local individuals across a 12-week NHS-backed programme, combining weight management education with fun, physical activity at Rugby Park, and peer support throughout.
Kilmarnock Community Sports Trust provide thousands of free tickets to local sports clubs and community groups each year.
For many, this is their first opportunity to come to Rugby Park and experience a professional football match.
