Steve Clarke says there's no chance of his Kilmarnock side resting on their laurels as he reflected on a successful first year at Rugby Park.
The Killie boss takes his team to St Mirren this weekend, a club where he thrived as a player before making the move to Chelsea.
Asked about his year in charge and how far the team can go this season, the manager said: "I've enjoyed it. I've enjoyed working with this group of players. I've enjoyed helping to put a smile back on the faces of the Kilmarnock supporters.
"It feels like a much better place now than it was 12 months ago.
"We can be happy with what we've achieved so far but in this game if you settle for being happy it will soon catch you out, so we're still looking to do better.
"The day you wake up and think you've cracked it or have achieved all you can achieve is the day you head for the golf course or the beach.
"I'd like to think there is more to come from this team."
